How do I start?
Configure a supported local model or API connection on Windows. Use Chat for conversation, prompts, voice and media. Use Work for tasks that need files and tools. Review all important output.
How do I generate images or video?
Windows: Chat → Create image / video. Android: Chat options → Image / video. Select Local, Poe or a saved media API, then choose a suitable model. Video requires a compatible API; local generation currently creates images.
Why does it say “Update Forge on your PC”?
Apply the matching Windows update and restart the app. Installing only a new Android APK does not update the running PC server.
Why does Offline mode block media?
Online media uses a remote API. Disable Offline mode in PC Connections when you want to use it. You can still select a local chat model.
Where does the Poe media key come from?
Media reuses the Poe key saved in PC Connections unless a separate media key was configured. A separate media key takes precedence. Keys stay on the PC.
How does video playback work on Android?
Tap Load video, wait for transfer, then Play. MP4/WebM playback supports seeking and fullscreen for files up to 128 MB. Larger files can be downloaded. Supported codecs depend on the phone.
Can I change faces and voices separately?
Yes. Choose a face in the voice window and adjust the voice selector independently. Portrait, optional 3D avatar and waveform are separate display options.
Can I keep talking in the background?
Enable background voice and grant microphone permissions. Android requires an active service and may impose battery or speech-service restrictions. You can stop the session from its controls.
What hardware do I need?
Local model requirements vary by size and architecture. The Android companion targets Android 8 and newer. Windows and end-to-end device compatibility are still being finalized for public release.
Is Forge Studio Intelligence in the Microsoft Store?
A public release is being prepared. No verified Store download or final price is offered on this website. Contact the developer for current beta availability.

How do GitHub tools become AI actions?
Download and extract the release in Tools & downloads, select its CLI executable, then configure its MCP connection. Enable & discover populates Available actions. Downloading an app alone does not make it a connector.
What does Connected mean?
It confirms the MCP connection handshake. Review the available actions and run a small task against a test file before relying on the integration. Refresh actions reconnects after restarting Forge.
Where does phone voice run?
With PC voice selected, the Windows instance generates speech and sends audio to the companion. Phone voice is a separate option. Network conditions, model response time and speech generation all affect latency.
Does local mean nothing ever leaves my PC?
Local model inference runs on your PC. Optional web search, remote model APIs and external tools can contact online services. The privacy boundary follows the features and providers you enable.
Is Forge Studio Intelligence publicly available in the Stores?
This website presents the early-access platform. Store availability and final pricing will be announced when confirmed. No payment or download pretending to be a final Store release is offered here.
